Abstract
The Department of Youth and Sports is a government agency responsible for regulating and coordinating various activities and programs related to youth and sports in a region or area. However, in the implementation of its programs, there are often challenges such as inefficient registration processes and underutilization of digital technology. Therefore, the idea of implementing the concept of a "Web-Based Youth and Sports Program Registration Application" has emerged as a solution to address the registration issues. This website consists of a registration form that is filled out by youths online. The website is built using the PHP programming language and Codeigniter 4 as the framework, with MySQL as the database. The website testing is conducted using the Black Box testing method, where testing of both the admin and user interfaces is performed directly by department personnel and youths, by testing each display or view to ensure that the data display on the view page works well. From the testing conducted, it can be concluded that the implemented features run successfully and function properly. This website facilitates the data collection and management of youths registering for existing programs, and youths, as users, can easily register for programs without needing to visit the Department of Youth and Sports in person.
