Abstract

Indonesia has many mineral resources, including for daily needs. Such as bathing, washing, and cooking. In urban areas, clean water services are provided by the government through PDAMs. (Regional Drinking Water Company). Like in one of the boarding houses of Kelapapati Darat Bengkalis. In these areas, the monitoring process is still in the conventional way used. From the amount of use, it is used to find out the money to be paid by multiplying by the nominal money per unit (liters). The working system of this tool starts from a distribution pipe that forwards water to consumers' homes. Then it will be monitored the amount of water usage. There are two web processes that will act as an information system to display data in the form of debit and volume used by consumers. From the web Blynk will be connected to a microcontroller in the main pipe to control and monitor. The Wemos D1 R2 microcontroller as the main brain runs programmers and tools. From testing the tool resulted in an overall average error value per liter and per hour found to be 7.21%. There are3.4%.
