Abstract

The application of the control and monitoring system on the conveyor belt is still manual which requires workers to operate and check where the conveyor belt is located. The purpose of this research is to make a tool that can regulate and monitor starting from voltage, current, and DC motor speed through Blynk. The tool works when the INA219 sensor detects voltage and current, HW-201 infrared sensor to detect motor rotational speed. The data of voltage, current, and speed are stored in NodeMCU ESP8266 and then sent to Blynk server. The Blynk application is used to control and monitor the device by testing PWM settings 170, 210, and 255. From the test results of the INA219 sensor for voltage readings, the average error is 2,78 % so that the accuracy is 97,22 % and for current readings, the average error is 4,94 % so that the accuracy is 95,06 %. The average error of HW-201 infrared sensor testing is 6,02 % so that the accuracy is 93,98 %. Based on system testing for 7 consecutive days, all components function 100 % and average response time of 1,38 seconds.
