Abstract
In a good building construction, planning the life cycle costs of the building is very necessary because these costs will affect the estimate of the amount of costs required for the future of the building itself, which consists of initial costs, operational costs and maintenance and replacement costs. Puskesmas is one of the infrastructure facilities that operates every day. So this study aims to calculate the Life Cycle Cost at Sungai Alam Bengkalis Health Center. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the four components used in the preparation of Life Cycle Costs that occur starting from planning the Puskesmas building to the economic life of the building for 50 years at the ighest inflation conditions are, Operational costs at the highest conditions are IDR 13,773,096,630. 14, maintenance and replacement costs at the highest conditions are Rp. 29,914,855,118.16, as well as the initial cost of Rp.8,188,727,078.20. And finally the cost of dismantling the Puskesmas building is Rp. 1,369,212,344.25 Net Present Value (NPV) In conditions of high inflation with high bank interest rates of Rp. 11,713,925,356.08
