Abstract
Paper money is a means of payment for goods and services that we often use in the world of buying and selling. Money as a tool in conducting transactions has been used by all people in every corner of the world, not to mention people with disabilities such as the blind, for example. Judging from this, based on the limitations that the blind have, it is very likely to be confused, take the wrong one, and there are also ignorant people who will take advantage of their weaknesses in the use of money. Based on these weaknesses, a banknote value reader was made with sound output as a tool for the blind. This tool works by placing money on the RGB color sensor so the value of money will be detected automatically with the help of sound as an identifier of the money itself. This tool works well with a success rate of 75 %.
