Aplikasi Tracking Progress Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Dengan Burndown Chart

This research discusses the development of an Android-based Final Project Progress Tracking Application with Burn Down Chart using the Scrum method. The purpose of this study is to assist students and supervisors in monitoring the progress of final projects more efficiently and measurably through the visualization of a Burn Down Chart. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black box testing. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires with students at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. The findings indicate that students need a visual tool to monitor project progress in real-time and improve their motivation in completing tasks. The developed application provides features such as task and subtask management, progress reports, supervisor validation, comments, and Burn Down Chart visualization. Based on the test results, all main functions of the application work properly and meet user needs.
