Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Dan Pelaporan Layanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Pustu Dengan Puskesmas Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development

Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu) under Puskesmas Meskom still carry out public health recording and reporting manually, which causes information delays, data loss risks, and difficulties in real-time access. This study aims to develop a web-based information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was chosen because it accelerates development by directly involving users through the stages of requirements planning, design workshop, and implementation. The system includes features for recording management, health data reporting, and report access by the Puskesmas. Black Box Testing shows that all functions work properly and meet the requirements. This system is expected to assist the public health recording and reporting process to become more structured and easily accessible for both Puskesmas and Pustu.
