Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rusunawa Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis Menggunakan Metode Scrum

The Rusunawa (student dormitory) management information system at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is still handled manually using Google Forms for registration and Microsoft Excel for resident data recording. This leads to inefficiency, difficulties in monitoring payments, and limited administrative transparency. This study aims to develop a multiplatform Rusunawa management information system using the Scrum methodology. Scrum was chosen for its iterative and flexible approach, enabling adaptive software development. The system developed includes resident registration, room rental management, resident data management, online payments, facility complaints, and notifications for residents. The results show that the system improves efficiency in the rental process, speeds up payment transactions, and enhances transparency in Rusunawa management. With this system, students can rent rooms and make digital payments more easily, while administrators can manage data more effectively and in a structured manner.
