Abstract

This Study Aims To Improve The Performance Of An Airboat Propulsion System Through Modifications To Several Key Components, Including The Propeller, Transmission System, Engine Mount, And Rear Frame. The Original 50-Inch Propeller With Two Blades Was Replaced With A Wider Six-Blade Propeller To Increase Thrust. The Transmission System Was Modified From A Direct-Drive Mechanism To A Pulley–V Belt System To Achieve A More Stable Propeller Rotation. The Engine Mount And Airboat Frame Were Also Reinforced And Realigned To Improve Structural Strength And Precision. The Results Show That These Modifications Successfully Increased Rotational Stability, Reduced Vibration, And Produced Greater Thrust, Allowing The Airboat To Operate More Effectively Under River Conditions
