Perancangan Aplikasi Stok Opname Di Diskominfotik Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Berbasis Web

The stock opname management at the Department of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Encryption (Diskominfotik) of Kepulauan Meranti Regency is still carried out manually using physical documents and spreadsheets, which often leads to issues such as duplicate records, data inconsistencies, delayed reporting, and the risk of document loss. To address these problems, this study designs and develops a Web-Based Stock Opname Application using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The development method includes several stages, namely problem identification, data collection, system analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using Black Box Testing. The application provides structured features for recording inventories, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock opname, with differentiated access rights for administrators and staff. The system is capable of displaying real- time inventory data, generating automatic digital reports, and improving the efficiency of employees at Diskominfotik. The test results show that all features function properly and the application is compatible with several browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. Thus, this application can improve data accuracy, simplify asset monitoring processes, and speed up the preparation of stock opname reports at Diskominfotik of Kepulauan Meranti Regency.
