Aplikasi Pendataan Penerima Layanan Posyandu Melati Putih Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus : Posyandu Melati Putih Desa Sungai Alam)

During the implementation of Posyandu,posyandu cadres recorded and reported immediately after posyandu activities were carried out.Recording is done manually using a standard format according to the Posyandu Information System (SIP). The implementation of this manual provides several possibilities for invalid data,delays in data processing and report preparation as well as low utilization of reports on the results of posyandu activities,both by the posyandu itself and related agencies such as community health centers and sub-districts. To overcome this problem,a white jasmine patient registration application was built. The aim of this research is to develop a system that is still manual so that it becomes a website-based posyandu information system that can facilitate the processing,searching and reporting of Melati Putih Posyandu activity data. The results of this research are to produce a system design that can be used by posyandu cadres to help parents monitor the growth and development of their toddlers more easily. The analysis and design made can make it easier to convey information to posyandu participants and also posyandu cadres. Suggestions for developing the system design into a website-based application using the PHP and MySQL programming languages
