Aplikasi Presensi Peserta Kursus Wiyatamandala Bengkalis Berbasis Website

Wiyatamandala Course Center still uses a manual system for recording attendance and scheduling subjects, resulting in slow administrative processes, a high risk of errors, and potential data loss. This condition makes it difficult for teachers, instructors, and students to monitor attendance and manage learning activities effectively. This research aims to design and develop a web-based attendance and subject scheduling application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed and flexibility in system development. The developed application provides features such as QR Code–based attendance, subject schedule management, student and instructor data management, and attendance history tracking. The system is implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, accompanied by testing using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all features function according to user requirements. The results show that the application successfully accelerates the attendance process, improves the accuracy of attendance records, and simplifies learning data management for administrators and instructors. With this system, the management of attendance and scheduling at the Wiyatamandala Course Center becomes more effective, efficient, and well-structured.
