Singing Competition for Kids at Polbeng Business Expo Chapter II (Case Study: Financial Aspect)

This project thesis, titled “Singing Competition for Kids at Polbeng Business Expo Chapter II (Financial Aspect)”, aims to plan and manage the financial aspects of organizing a children’s singing competition at the Polbeng Business Expo Chapter II in 2025. This project includes preparing the budget, identifying funding sources, managing budget realization, preparing financial reports, and identifying financial challenges encountered during the event. The results show that the singing competition was successfully carried out through effective planning and coordination. The total actual expenditure amounted to Rp3,552,000, funded by an internal allocation of Rp4,195,000, resulting in a surplus of Rp643,000, which was returned as part of financial accountability. The financial reports were prepared completely and transparently. Several challenges, such as delayed sponsorship and differences between estimated and actual costs, were resolved through strategic adjustments and stricter financial management. Overall, this project demonstrates that good financial management plays an essential role in the success of the event.
