Penerapan Metode Kanban dalam Sistem Monitoring Program Gerakan Tujuh Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat

The Gerakan Tujuh Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat (KAIH) Program aims to develop children’s character from an early age. TK Islam Terpadu Ibu Harapan Bengkalis began implementing this program in January 2025 by involving parents in monitoring children’s habits. However, the use of paper-based forms in the monitoring process has caused several problems, such as the risk of data loss, delays in data submission, and difficulties in data recapitulation and evaluation. This study aims to develop a web- and mobile-based monitoring system by applying the Kanban method to manage the development workflow in a visual and adaptive manner. The developed system includes multi-role login, data management, and notification features. The analysis results show an average cycle time of 7 days with a throughput of one task per week. Obstacles in developing the notification feature were overcome through focused workflow control, monitoring of work item age, and scope adjustment. Black Box testing indicates that all system functions operate properly, while usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 88.52, which falls into the Excellent category (Grade A). The results indicate that the developed system is feasible for use and can improve the effectiveness of the KAIH Program implementation.
