Penggunaan Platform Akuntansi Digital Berbasis Aplikasi Pada Umkm Cheese Coin Di Bengkalis

This study examines the use of a digital accounting platform in Cheese Coin MSMEs in Bengkalis as an effort to improve the efficiency of financial recording and management. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation, this research evaluates the implementation process of the SIAPIK application, its application patterns in operational activities, and the level of compliance with the SAK EMKM financial reporting standards. The results indicate that the SIAPIK application provides several benefits, including more accurate transaction recording, more organized inventory monitoring, and a reduction in errors commonly found in manual accounting practices. The availability of real-time financial data also assists business owners in making better managerial decisions. However, some components of the financial statements still require improvement to fully comply with the applicable standards. Overall, the use of digital accounting platforms has been proven to contribute positively to the effectiveness of financial management in MSMEs.
