Pengaruh Pengungkapan Laporan Keberlanjutan Dan Eksposur Media Terhadap Minat Investor Untuk Berinvestasi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2021-2024

This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability report disclosure and media exposure on investor interest in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2024 period. This research is motivated by the increasing attention of investors to sustainability issues and the disclosure of non-financial information as part of investment decision-making. Independent variables in this study include the disclosure of sustainability reports on economic, social, and environmental aspects, as well as media exposure. Meanwhile, investor interest is measured using a proxy for stock trading volume. This research uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained through sustainability reports, company annual reports and online media reports. The results of the study show that the disclosure of sustainability reports on economic aspects has a significant negative effect on investor interest. The disclosure of sustainability reports, social aspects, and media exposure has no significant effect on investor interest. On the other hand, the disclosure of environmental sustainability reports has a significant positive effect on investor interest. These findings indicate that investors consider environmental aspects more than economic and social aspects in investment decision-making.
