Sistem Manajemen Pada Gereja HKBP Bengkalis Untuk Mendukung Keputusan Penerima Bantuan Dana Jemaat

HKBP Bengkalis Church serves as a social institution that provides financial assistance to members who experience hardships or economic difficulties. However, the decision-making process for selecting recipients has been carried out manually, which often creates challenges in data handling and determining priority. This study aims to develop a web-based management system that applies the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to help the church identify eligible recipients based on clear and structured criteria. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The SMART method was used to calculate scores based on several criteria, including emergency level, occupation, age, social status, and number of dependents. The results show that the system produces calculations consistent with manual computation, where the alternative with the highest priority obtained a final score of 78.33. In addition, blackbox testing achieved a success rate of 96.15%, indicating that the system functions well according to its design. Overall, the system helps the church manage data and determine assistance recipients in a more organized and accountable manner.
