Implementasi Metode Smart Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Risiko Kehamilan Di Praktik Mandiri Bidan

Pregnancy risk is a crucial factor to consider in ensuring the safety of both mother and baby. In midwifery practice, pregnancy risk assessments are often performed manually and rely on the midwife's experience, potentially leading to differences in decision-making. This study aims to develop a decision support system for determining pregnancy risk using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This system processes data on pregnant women's conditions based on predetermined criteria and sub-criteria. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, encompassing analysis, design, coding, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted by comparing the system's decision results with the midwife's assessment. The test results showed an accuracy rate of 88%, indicating that the system's decisions were measured quite closely to the midwife's assessment. This system is expected to assist midwives in assessing pregnancy risk in a more structured manner.
