Abstract

The development of mobile technology has encouraged the increasing use of smartphone-based applications to support business activities, including in the printing sector. However, the ordering system at Pemuda Grafika Printing is still carried out through direct visits or communication via social media and telephone. This condition makes it difficult for customers to obtain complete information regarding the type of service, product prices, and estimated processing time, because they have to communicate one-on-one with the admin. In addition, customers cannot monitor the order status directly, causing uncertainty and inconvenience in the ordering process. This study aims to build a mobile-based printing ordering application that displays a complete service catalog and is equipped with a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security system using a One-Time Password (OTP). The system development method used is prototyping with gradual user feedback involvement. The results of the study show that the application is able to present service information clearly, facilitate the ordering process, provide real-time order status monitoring, and successfully implement a One-Time Password (OTP)-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanism in the user login authentication process.
