Penerapan Metode Extreme Programming dalam Sistem Pemesanan dan Status Jahitan

Clothing tailoring services are a form of business that aim to add value to textile materials by processing them into ready-to-wear garments according to customer requests. Currently, tailoring businesses in Bengkalis District still manage the entire ordering and tailoring status process manually, which makes it difficult for both customers and tailors in ordering and managing tailoring services. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop an ordering and tailoring status system by applying the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to accommodate changing requirements through rapid iterations and continuous testing. The developed system has main features such as service management, online ordering, digital payment, and rating. The results of testing using the Black Box Testing method show that the developed system functions according to user requirements. With the existence of this system, it is expected to improve marketing efficiency and facilitate the ordering process and customer data management.
