Sistem Pengajuan KTP-El dan Kia Berbasis Web Menggunakan Rapid Application Development

This research aims to develop a web-based KTP-EL and KIA submission system to improve the efficiency of population administration services. Currently, the service process is still conducted offline, which causes the submission process to be less effective, slower, and makes it difficult for the community to obtain information regarding submission requirements and application status. The developed system also provides a web-based notification feature to deliver real-time information to the public and facilitate the document verification process by officers. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method because it can accelerate the system development process through iterative stages of planning, design, and implementation. The results of this study show that the system can improve public service quality, speed up the submission process, and increase the accuracy of submission data
