This study aims to determine the condition of the availability of loading and unloading equipment, identify obstacles faced in the implementation of container unloading, and analyze the availability of loading and unloading equipment for the smooth unloading of containers on the KM. The methods used to obtain the required information from related parties are preparing direct observation methods (observation), interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the availability of loading and unloading equipment has a very important role in supporting the smooth unloading of containers on the KM. Teluk Flaminggo ship. However, there are still several obstacles faced, such as damage to loading and unloading equipment, limited number of cranes when there is an increase in loading and unloading activities, unfavorable weather conditions, and the potential for operational delays that can cause increased ship berthing time (long time) and delayed ship departures (delay departure).
