Abstract

Medical record documentation and drug data management at the Outpatient Clinic of Sungai Sialang Village are still carried out manually using separate paper-based records. This condition makes it difficult to retrieve patients' medical histories, particularly for follow-up visits, and complicates service data management and administrative processes, such as issuing medical certificates. This study aims to develop an Android-based Medical Record and Drug Information System (SIRMO) using the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, REST API, and MySQL database to support digital medical record documentation and drug management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method and evaluated through REST API testing and Black Box testing. The REST API testing of 12 endpoints showed that all endpoints successfully processed data communication between the mobile application, backend, and database, with response times ranging from 13 ms to 144 ms. Furthermore, Black Box testing of 17 main features achieved a 100% success rate, indicating that all system functionalities operated according to the specified requirements. The developed application successfully integrates medical record documentation, drug data management, and medical certificate generation into a single digital system, enabling healthcare service data to be stored systematically, documented chronologically, and easily retrieved, while improving administrative efficiency at the Outpatient Clinic of Sungai Sialang Village.
