Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pencatatan Lembur Dan Pengelolaan Kupon Makan di PT Sari Dumai Oleo Berbasis Website

Overtime recording and meal coupon management are critical aspects of company administration as they directly affect employee rights and operational efficiency. PT Sari Dumai Oleo has a large number of employees working in a shift system, which requires accurate and well-structured management of overtime and meal coupon data. However, the current manual paper-based recording process frequently causes problems, such as data entry errors, risks of lost documents, and delays in the approval process. Based on these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based overtime recording and meal coupon management application to simplify administrative processes and minimize recording errors. The developed application provides features for employee overtime data management, manager approval, HR verification, QR Code–based meal coupon generation, and automatic real-time reporting. The system is developed using the waterfall method with PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database. The results show that the application has been successfully implemented and is able to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of administrative processes at PT Sari Dumai Oleo.
