Aplikasi Pendaftaran Ak1/Kartu Kuning Berbasis Web Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi(Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Bengkalis

The registration process for the Job Seeker Card (AK-1) at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Bengkalis Regency was previously carried out manually, which required a long time, caused queues, and made data management and document verification difficult. This study aims to develop a web -based AK-1 registration application that makes it easier for job seekers to register online and helps administrators manage application data. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The available features include registration, Login, form filling, document Upload , verification, application status tracking, AK-1 card issuance, and reporting. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method and testing with partners. In partner testing, the registration feature was tested to create an account, the Login feature to access the system, the form feature to enter job seeker data, the document Upload feature to submit required documents, the verification feature to check applications, the status feature to monitor the application progress, the card issuance feature to generate the AK-1 card, and the reporting feature to display job seeker data. The test results showed that all features could be used according to their functions. Therefore, the application can help make the AK-1 registration, verification, and data management processes easier and contribute to improving services at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Bengkalis Regency.
