Abstract

The utilization of information technology in the agricultural sector has become essential for supporting data management and information-based decision-making. Agricultural land data, including location, area, crop type, soil type, and irrigation conditions, are often stored in tabular formats or separate documents, making data analysis and management less efficient. This study aims to design and develop a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) for mapping and managing agricultural land information. The system was developed using the Laravel framework as the backend, Leaflet as the mapping library, and a database to manage geographic data. The research was conducted through the stages of problem identification, data collection, system analysis, application design, application development, application testing, and report preparation. The results indicate that the developed Web GIS successfully provides interactive visualization of agricultural land distribution, manages both spatial and non-spatial data, and presents agricultural land information accurately. The system improves the efficiency of agricultural land data management, resulting in more structured and easily accessible information.
