Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemesanan Buket Bunga Dan Seserahan

The development of information technology has encouraged the use of digital media in business activities. However, Kembar Florist still processes orders through social media and records transactions manually, which may lead to recording errors, poorly managed data, and difficulties in preparing sales reports. This study aims to develop a website-based ordering application for flower bouquets and gift hampers to facilitate online ordering for customers and assist business owners in managing product data, order data, and sales reports. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The application was built using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database. The results show that the application enables customers to browse products, place orders, and make online payments conveniently. In addition, it assists administrators in managing data and generating sales reports more systematically, thereby improving the efficiency of the ordering process and facilitating the monitoring of sales data.
