Aplikasi Donasi Dan Kebutuhan Panti Asuhan Al-Fajar Desa Dompas Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Scrum

The management of donations and needs at Al-Fajar Orphanage is still conducted manually, resulting in less optimal recording and reporting processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based donation and needs management application for the orphanage using the Scrum method to improve the effectiveness of data management and the quality of service to donors. The system was developed over five sprints, covering user authentication, admin, donor, and foundation head dashboards, orphanage needs data management, donation management, as well as reporting and donation history features. The developed system was tested using the black box testing method. In addition, a usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with 30 respondents produced an average score of 81.00, which falls into the Acceptable category with an adjective rating of Excellent, proving that the application interface is easy to understand and efficient to use. Therefore, this application can serve as an effective digital solution to support structured and modern management of donations and needs at the orphanage
