Abstract
The marketing and sales of fish catches in Bengkalis Regency currently rely on conventional methods, specifically direct transactions between fishermen, agents,and buyers. This situation makes it difficult for the public to quickly access information regarding stock availability, fish prices, and the operational status of fishermen. Furthermore, the ordering and transaction recording processes are handled manually, resulting in inefficiencies, a risk of recording errors, and difficulties in compiling sales reports. To address these issues, an Android-based Fresh Fish application was developed to serve as a platform for marketing and ordering fresh fish, digitally connecting agents with buyers. The application was built using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language, utilizing Firebase Authentication for user authentication, a PHP-based REST API for data communication, and MySQL as the database. The application supports three user roles: admin, agent, and buyer. Admins manage master data and monitor system activity; agents manage fish stock, orders, and sales reports; and buyers can view fish information, place orders (including pre-orders), and track transaction status. Testing results indicate that all application features function according to user requirements, thereby facilitating the marketing, transaction, and sales data
management processes in a more effective, structured, and efficient manner.
