Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Tracking dan Pengarsipan Document Berbasis Website pada PT.Raga Perkasa Ekaguna Duri

This research addresses issues in the document management and archiving process at PT. Raga Perkasa Ekaguna Duri. Currently, document management is still done manually, often resulting in delays in tracking, difficulties in monitoring document status, and the risk of losing important data. To address these issues, a website-based document tracking and archiving application was designed and developed that can be used by various parties, including administrators, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Department Leads, Clients, and company management. This system allows users to upload, monitor, and archive documents in real time, and facilitates management in monitoring the status of documents being processed. The application was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and utilizes a MySQL database for document storage and activity history. Test results indicate that all system features function as required, the application is responsive, easy to use, and accessible on various devices and browsers. This system is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of document management, minimize human error, and support the smooth operation of PT. Raga Perkasa Ekaguna Duri
