Evaluasi Kinerja Waktu Proyek Dan Identifikasi Faktor Keterlambatan Dengan Metode Relative Importance Index (RII) Pada Pembangunan Stadion PORPROV Kota Dumai Tahap II

Delay is one of the common problems in construction projects and can affect the achievement of project completion targets. This study aims to evaluate project time performance and identify the factors causing delays in the PORPROV Stadium Construction Project Phase II in Dumai City using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method by comparing planned and actual progress based on the time schedule, re-schedule, and S-curve. Delay factors were identified through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The research instrument was assessed using the Content Validity Index (CVI), validity testing, and Cronbach's Alpha reliability testing, resulting in 16 valid and reliable items for RII analysis. The results showed that the project experienced delays until the end of the observation period (November 2025), with a progress deviation of -24.1106% from the re-schedule. The three dominant delay factors based on RII values were addition or reduction of work scope (0.97), occurrence of rework and repair (0.94), and inadequate planning of project funding (0.93). These findings are expected to serve as an evaluation reference for improving time control in construction projects.
