Aplikasi Pencatatan Penjahit Digital Berbasis Website Pada Amat Tailor

The development of information technology is driving transformation in the tailoring service business. Amat Tailor, as a tailoring service business, has faced operational constraints due to its manual recording system, which often leads to data errors, difficulty in retrieval of information, and delays in reporting. This research aims to design and build a website-based Digital Tailoring Recording Application using the Laravel framework and MySQL database with the Waterfall method. This application focuses on integrated system functionality, including customer data management, precise body measurement recording, and structured order management. Key features provided include a scheduled booking system for customers, an order confirmation system (accept/reject) tailored to the tailor's capacity, and transparent real-time order tracking. In addition, the application provides a Landing Page as a digital promotional medium that displays a portfolio of sewing results and manages validated customer ratings and feedback. This system uses user access rights (Admin, Tailor, and Customer) to ensure the security and efficiency of the workflow. Test results show that this application successfully improves the efficiency of tailoring data management, provides easy access to information for customers, and supports the professionalism of services at Amat Tailor.
