Aplikasi Posbindu Berbasis Website Untuk Masyarakat Desa Tenggayun

The Integrated Non-Communicable Disease Development Post (Posbindu PTM) is a community-based health program that plays a role in early detection and monitoring of risk factors for non-communicable diseases. However, its implementation in Tenggayun Village still faces obstacles in the form of health data recording which is still written in books, resulting in the risk of errors, data loss, and delays in reporting and information delivery. This study aims to design and build a web-based Posbindu PTM Application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of health data recording, simplify the reporting process, and expand access to Posbindu schedule and activity information for the people of Tenggayun Village. The research method includes problem identification, data collection through interviews and documentation, system analysis, application design and creation, and preparation of a final project report. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, with features for managing participant data, recording health examination results, managing activity schedules, and creating structured reports. The results of the study indicate that this application is able to overcome manual system problems, increase the effectiveness of Posbindu cadres, and make it easier for the community to obtain health service information, so it is expected to support improving the quality of public health services in Tenggayun Village.
