Building C of State Polytechnic of Bengkalis requires a visual facade renewal and site development to support academic activities. The existing facade needs a secondary skin as a passive shading element to diffuse direct sunlight without disrupting air circulation, while simultaneously reinforcing the local Malay cultural identity. This study aims to generate a 3D modeling visualization and an animated video of the Building C area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection and processing were carried out systematically, beginning with the observation of existing data, preparation of 2D technical drawings, construction of 3D modeling, and concluding with the production of an animated video as the final visualization output.
