Abstract

Currently, oil palm harvest recording in many farmer groups is still conducted manually, leading to data entry errors, reporting delays, and difficulties in verifying harvest information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for recording oil palm harvests. The system facilitates data entry by farmers, validation of pickup requests by agents, real-time pickup monitoring by drivers, and comprehensive data visualization through an admin dashboard. To enhance security and user accessibility, the system implements layered authentication using One-Time Password (OTP) and Single Sign-On (SSO). Developed using the Waterfall model, the process encompasses requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Implementation results demonstrate that all core features function effectively in accordance with the designed business processes, successfully supporting integrated recording, request validation, and pickup monitoring. Consequently, this system is expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and security of oil palm harvest records, offering a viable solution for implementation in farmer groups and similar business units.
