Recording of goods delivery invoices and driver operational costs at JET Express Bengkalis is still done manually using ledgers, which often causes problems such as lost data, calculation errors, and slow checking processes. Costs for truck drivers also frequently lead to miscommunication due to the absence of clear and structured records. To address this, a web-based application for recording goods delivery invoices was developed. This application is equipped with data search, payment proof storage, and reports that can be displayed in graphical form. Testing showed that the application runs well on various devices and browsers, and its display adjusts well to different screen sizes (responsive). With this application, the process of recording goods delivery invoices and driver operational costs is no longer done manually, thereby minimizing recording errors through an automatic input validation system, structured standard forms, and digital storage of transaction proof, and making it easier for admins/staff to compile and present data and reports because the data is stored centrally and can be automatically summarized by the system in PDF or Excel format.
