Sistem Pengelolaan Stok Obat dan Alat kesehatan Puskesmas Meskom Berbasis Website

Puskesmas Meskom still manages the stock of medicines and medical equipment manually using record books, which often results in recording errors, delays in data updates, difficulties in monitoring inventory, and longer report preparation times. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Medicine and Medical Equipment Stock Management System for Puskesmas Meskom to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of inventory data management. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel Framework with PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and XAMPP as the local server. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The results of the study show that the system is capable of managing medicine data, medical equipment data, incoming and outgoing medicine transactions, medical equipment maintenance, stock notifications, and integrated report generation. Based on the testing results, all major features functioned properly and met user requirements. The developed system facilitates the recording process and reduces the risk of recording errors, thereby supporting the improvement of service quality at Puskesmas Meskom.
