Aplikasi Pengelolaan Transaksi dan Layanan Fotocopy Berbasis Website pada Susi Stationary

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged businesses to adopt information systems to improve the efficiency of their operational activities. Susi Stationary is a business that provides photocopying, printing, scanning, bookbinding services, and office stationery (ATK) sales.

Prior to this research, transaction recording, inventory management, financial reporting, and order processing were performed manually, resulting in recording errors, service delays, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Transaction and Photocopy Service Management Application at Susi Stationary using the Waterfall development method, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database.

The application is designed for three types of users: Admin, Cashier, and Customer. The system provides various features, including a digital cashier system, service and stationery management, inventory management with low-stock notifications, expense management and financial reporting, customer membership management, online ordering with document upload, order status notifications, and digital transaction receipt generation in PDF format.

Based on the implementation and testing results, all major system features functioned as expected and successfully met user requirements. The developed application improves transaction management efficiency, accelerates service processes, simplifies financial reporting, and enables customers to place orders and monitor their order status online.

Therefore, the application is expected to support the operational activities of Susi Stationary more effectively, systematically, and in a well-documented manner.
