Aplikasi Pencatatan Keuangan Dan Monitoring Stok Barang Berbasis Website Dengan Notifikasi Stok

The development of information technology drives innovation in retail business operations. Toko Ijum, which previously relied on manual bookkeeping, faced various constraints, including slow transaction processes, the risk of financial data loss, and inaccurate stock recording. This research developed a web-based financial recording and stock monitoring application integrated with a stock notification system to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy. The application was built using the Laravel framework, PHP, and MySQL. Its main features include product data management, cashier transaction recording, real-time stock monitoring, periodic profit and loss statements, and an early warning system for low stock levels. The testing results indicate that the application runs optimally on both smartphones and laptops. The implementation of the notification feature is proven to simplify stock availability control and prevent stockouts, making financial recording, inventory monitoring, and stock notification in inventory management at Toko Ijum easier and more practical.
