Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Kantor Berbasis Android di PT Deco Internusa Cemerlang

PT Deco Internusa Cermelang currently manages office assets using manual records stored in several separate Microsoft Excel files. The equipment borrowing process requires employees to visit the warehouse directly, while officers must manually check data availability, which is prone to input errors and lacks real-time data synchronization. This study aims to develop an Android-based Asset Management Information System to digitalize these procedures. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The system workflow incorporates QR Code technology as item identifiers that can be scanned by employees to obtain information and submit borrowing requests digitally. Testing and implementation results show that the system runs successfully and can properly manage asset data, borrowings, returns, and present asset reports.
