Aplikasi Pengaduan Mahasiswa Anti Bullying dan Kekerasan Berbasis Android

Bullying and violence in higher education institutions remain serious issues that require immediate attention. The reporting process, which is still conducted manually, discourages students from reporting incidents due to concerns about the disclosure of their identities and the inability to monitor the progress of case handling. Based on interviews conducted with the Student Affairs Office of
Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis and a questionnaire distributed to 21 students, 57.1% of the respondents stated that they were reluctant to report bullying and violence cases. The main reasons were fear of identity disclosure and a lack of trust in the existing reporting system. The application was developed using the Flutter framework with the Dart programming language, while MySQL database management was implemented through XAMPP. System testing was carried out
using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all application functions operated according to the specified requirements. The results show that the developed
application provides user registration and login features, anonymous case reporting, photo evidence upload, real-time report status tracking, report history, and report
management by the Student Affairs Office. Based on the testing results, all main features of the application functioned as expected. The application is expected to
encourage students to report bullying and violence cases more confidently while assisting the university in managing reports more effectively, systematically, and transparently, thereby supporting the creation of a safer and bullying-free campus environment.
