Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penggilingan Bumbu Berbasis Web Dan Mobile Pada Usaha Aek

Usaha Aek is a spice grinding service business that previously processed order, transaction, and inventory data manually using daily record logbooks. This condition led to various issues, such as unstructured data recording, difficulty in retrieving transaction history, the risk of cost calculation errors, and the absence of automated revenue and inventory reports. Therefore, this Final Project successfully designed and developed a Web and Mobile-Based Spice Grinding Information System to help process data management in a more integrated, fast, and accurate manner.
The system was developed using the Laravel framework for the web application, Flutter for the mobile application, and MySQL as the database. Data integration between the web and mobile applications was achieved through an Application Programming Interface (API). The main features implemented include grinding service management, customer ordering, payment transaction management, raw material inventory management, and store partner consignment sales management. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, with results indicating that all functions operated in accordance with the designed requirements.
The developed Spice Grinding Information System has proven to simplify the spice grinding ordering process, accelerate transaction management, and automatically generate revenue and inventory reports. The implementation of this system has successfully made business management at Usaha Aek more effective and structured, while minimizing recording errors that previously occurred in the manual system.
