Abstract
This research aims to plan the procurement of steel raw materials for the SPOB 304 Feet ship construction by addressing the absence of Material Take Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) documents. Hull structural modeling was conducted to determine the definitive MTO and BoQ after structural design analysis. The design applied the single parent ship method, utilizing Maxsurf for hull modeling and AutoCAD for detailed structural drawings. Ship dimensions and structural strength specifications were determined based on Bureau Veritas (BV) and Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI) regulations. The designed SPOB ship dimensions are 92.86 m Length Overall (LOA), 14.1 m Breadth (B), 7.2 m Depth (H), and 5.7 m Draft (T) with a combination framing system. The calculation results show a total weight of 496.97 tons for the plate and profile components, with an estimated total steel material procurement cost of Rp. 11,935,500,000
