Abstract

The purpose of this final project research is to find out how the maintenance of loading and unloading equipment is carried out, the factors that hinder the implementation of loading and unloading equipment, and the efforts that must be made to improve the maintenance of loading and unloading equipment at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Perawang. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature, the research data obtained through data collection methods. The data collection method used in this study is the observation method as the main method and the interview method, as well as the documentation method as a supporting method. From the results of research on optimizing the implementation of loading and unloading equipment maintenance at PT Pelindo Perawang. Container Terminal.
