Abstract
PT. Mayatama Solusindo is currently one of the largest service provider companies in Duri City. PT. Mayatama Solusindo is considered successful in conducting its business, but currently, the employee salary calculation management is still done manually, resulting in frequent errors in managing employee salary calculations. Additionally, the salary calculation process involves recording attendance data and manual calculations related to bonuses and deductions, such as lateness, absenteeism, and early departures, which are accumulated as salary deduction penalties for employees. To address these issues, the design and development of a Web-Based Employee Payroll Application at PT Mayatama Solusindo were carried out. This application was designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework, MySQL database to store data, and XAMPP as the Webserver. From the results of the system testing, it can be concluded that this application displays information such as employee data, salary slips, and financial reports for each period. There are admin users responsible for financial data management, branch managers to view financial management activities, and employees to clock in and view their salary slips
