Abstract

The Dumai City Communication and Informatics Service is one of the government sectors that has implemented the use of information technology. The E-Government Infrastructure Service Sector of the Dumai City Communication and Information Service is still monitoring daily work manually. In implementing the use of information technology, the Dumai City Communication and Informatics Office realized the need for a procedure for "website monitoring of the daily work of the E-Government Infrastructure Service Sector". The purpose of this study was to create a daily work monitoring website for the E-Government Infrastructure Services Sector to make it easier to track work activity data needed for daily work reports in the form of print outs and have benefits for the Dumai City Communications and Informatics Service to track the required work activity data. . The results obtained are in the form of a website monitoring OPD's daily work at the Dumai City Communications and Informatics Service with features, namely having two logins as employees, inputting damage data and admins to manage and process damage data, making official minutes and tested using the Black Box method with testing on one admin and two employees with successful results running on all features.
