Abstract
The final project is a research that aims to determine the effectiveness of using the customs manifest application in the process of inward and outward issuance at PT. Samudera Sukses Indonesia, and the impacts arising from using the manifest module application for inward and outward publishing. To find out the obstacles faced by the implementer. The place of this research was conducted at PT. Samudera Sukses Indonesia Mega Legenda Shopping Complex Blok A2 No. 28-29 Batam. Which was carried out from February to July 2023. The method used was by making observations in the office, interviews addressed to operators and documentation used by the author to obtain information about the problems being studied. The results of this study are that the use of the manifest application is very influential in the process of issuing inward and outward manifests where the publishing process becomes faster and shorter than the manual process.
