Abstract
This final project is a stage to carry out research that ims to find out the process of obtaining an MV ship docking permit. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Lintas Samudera, To find out how the process for obtaining the MV ship docking permit is. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Lintas Samudera and To find out what are the obstacles in the process of obtaining the MV ship docking permit. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Cross Ocean. The formulation of the problem is how to process the MV ship docking permit. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Lintas Samudera and what are the obstacles in the process of obtaining the MV ship docking permit. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Cross Ocean. Place This research was conducted at PT. Totalindo Lintas Samudera which was held from February to August 2023. The method used is a qualitative method, in this case the authors collect data using data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this research are the first regarding the process of obtaining the MV ship docking permit. Ostina at PT. Totalindo Lintas Samudera, starting from submitting requests for ship arrivals to the relevant agencies. Second, the constraints experienced during the processing of the MV ship docking permit. Ostina, who was the first to experience a disturbance to the system, the tugboat pilot was not in Batu Ampar waters, and the jetty was full at the wharf.
