Abstract
This research has been carried out with the aim of knowing how the crew change mechanism works and what documents are needed at the time of crew change. This final project research was conducted at PT. Royal Pacific Batamindo from February to July 2023. The method used by the author in finding problems is the method of observation, interviews and documentation with employees and directly observing the process in the company, the results of this study indicate that the crew change mechanism ) at PT. Royal Pacific Batamindo has followed the procedures of the relevant agencies and the documents required as needed.
