Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at D'ulek restaurant. The independent variables are food quality and service quality and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction, all valid statements are valid and normal. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers who have visited D'ulek Restaurant. Data processing uses the SPSS 22 application. Based on the tests carried out, the results of this study indicate the quality T value food 3,906 service quality variable with a T value of 3,431 which shows that food quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction and the F test with a value of 35.349 shows simultaneously food quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction then can be seen with the R Square table of 42,2%.Food quality and service quality variables can affect consumer satisfaction variables.The relationship with food quality and service quality has 57.8 other variables that affect consumer satisfaction in this study.
